Security Freezes and Equifax

Friday's Your Money section of the New York Times has a good article from Ron Lieber on last week's breach at Equifax.  Feel free to follow that link, though let's be real, it's probably safer to simply search Google for "Ron Lieber Your Money NYT Equifax."  :(

Please don't hesitate to call if you have any questions on placing a security freeze with the each of the credit bureaus.  I froze my credit last year, and it's been relatively painless to unfreeze it as needed.  That said, I did miss out on an additional 20% off on a suit this spring at Banana Republic (I also have one less credit card to worry about).
