Security Freeze, Sample Letters

I've received a number of questions on how best to establish security freezes for your credit file with each of the three main credit bureaus (Equifax, TransUnion and Experian).  

Maryland's Attorney General has a good overview of the process (complete link below), with sample letters for Equifax, TransUnion and Experian.

Sending letters by mail (certified, with return receipt) is a bit of a hassle, but may be easier than going through the process online with each bureau.
